Warline Painting is a successful painting business in Surrey, BC with many repeat customers, using many different business apps / cloud services to run the business.
Using many apps has proven very challenging as there was no visibility on lead generation campaigns and lead follow-up. The focus of this project was to get as many of the pre-purchase customer interactions (marketing & sales) under the same umbrella in Hubspot.
CRM was setup to match the sales process, different deals pipelines were setup, each with it’s own stages, notifications and workflows.
Contacts, companies & deals were migrated from the old CRM, segmented and imported into Hubspot.
Integration with several 3-rd party apps brought more visibility to the marketing efforts and resulted in time savings for sales staff.
Everything from segmentation, emails, notifications & reminders was handled by workflows in Hubspot or automations in Zapier and automate.io
Initial setup included lead capture forms, landing page development, content audit & planning of new content development. Email marketing: campaign, triggered & nurturing emails.
Setup 2 deals pipelines for different client types – each with different stages, notifications, workflows & reporting.
Dashboards were setup for different type of users: sales, sales management or marketing. Weekly recurring emails for sales dashboards kept everyone informed.
Hired Corina to assist with Hubspot migration. She is professional, educated and is a problem solver. Required no supervision and was very efficient with time and prioritized tasks well. Good communication and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
