Laugh Dot Events specializes in creating curated comedy experiences in both virtual and in-person environments. Offering Laughter as a Service (LaaS), they give businesses and their employees an outlet to laugh and bond through interactive events.
When the pandemic forced Laugh Dot Events to re-invent themselves into a virtual events company they needed a CRM to manage their sales and communications with prospects. They choose Hubspot and started using the Sales and Marketing hubs.
It was quickly identified that the work does not end when a deal is Closed-Won and started looking for best options to manage the event planning.

- Implemented Marketing, Sales & Service Hub to manage the entire process from reaching out to prospects to collecting event details from the client to managing the preparation for the event
- Because the client did not subscribe to the Pro version of Hubspot, automation had to be done using 3rd party tools (Zapier).
- After a deal closed - the automation created a ticket in the Event Production Pipeline and notified the Event manager.
- Hubspot forms and landing pages were used to quiz the client about the group size, age group, geography, dynamics, topics to avoid, etc - information used to guide in the selection of the host and preparation of the event material.
