Sealand has been in business for over 30 years with many loyal repeat customers but their Google reviews were low at 3.4 stars and were dominated by some random rants. Website did not have any product reviews.
NPS surveys had high response rate (30%), an excellent NPS score of 71 and many positive comments from existing customers.

- Implemented a review strategy that included a email to ask for a Google or Facebook review. Customers responded positively over 2021 and the Google rating increased from 3.4 stars to 4.4 stars by the end of the year
- Transition of website to Shopify allowed for implementation of product reviews on product pages. By redesigning the email to include the last product ordered and redirecting the review requests email to product reviews we started to get product reviews pretty quickly but the rate was hovering at 1% of all orders.
- By introducing a draw to win a gift card, managed to increase the review rate to approximately 5% of all orders
