Sealand has been using Hubspot as it’s CRM for over 2 years but the integration with it’s ecommerce platform was deficient and they were not able to setup any shopping cart recovery emails. Messy data & missing contact info was a problem for  sales reps.

  • Implemented data hygiene strategy, including automations for: addresses and phone numbers standardization, map link creation, formatting names & phone numbers, deduplication.
  • Transition of website from WooCommerce to Shopify, allowed for better visibility into the product orders and reduced the time needed to enter manual orders by approximately 50%.
  • Implemented email strategy for different client segments (carts abandoned, re-order after 40 days, re-engage after 90 days) resulting in 527% YoY increase in revenue attributed to marketing.
